If you meet the following criteria, you can apply for an Innovator visa

You want to start and run an innovative business in the UK; it has to be different from anything else on the market.

UK Expansion Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

A UK Expansion Worker visa allows you to travel to the UK to establish a branch of a foreign company that has not yet begun trading in the UK.

You must have previously worked for the overseas company as a senior manager or a specialist.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a UK Expansion Worker visa, you must meet the following requirements:

           have a valid certificate of sponsorship from your employer

           have worked for your employer outside the UK

           do a job that’s on the list of eligible occupations

           be paid the minimum eligible salary required for your job

Senior or Specialist Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

A Senior or Specialist Worker visa allows you to go to or stay in the United Kingdom to work in a qualifying position at your company’s UK branch.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Senior or Specialist Worker visa, you must meet the following requirements:

  be a current employee of a sponsoring organisation that has been approved by the Home Office.

   have a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ from your employer detailing the work you’ll be doing in the UK • work in one of the qualified occupations on the list

  be paid a minimum of £42,400 per year

 

Skilled Worker visa

To be eligible for a Skilled Worker visa, you must:

   work for a UK employer who has been approved by the Home Office;

   have a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ from your employer detailing the role you’ve been offered in the UK;

   do a job that is on the list of eligible occupations; and

    be paid a minimum wage, which varies depending on the type of work you do.

UK Expansion Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

Eligibility

If all of the following are true, you can apply for a Graduate visa

 you’re in the UK

• your current visa is a Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa

with your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa, you studied a UK bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or other qualified programme for a minimum period of time.

Your education provider (such as a university or college) has informed the Home Office that you have completed your course successfully.

How long you can stay

Graduate visas are valid for two years. It will last three years if you hold a PHD

or other doctorate certification.
